02What data we collect

Only what you enter in the income estimate form:

• Name.
• Email address.
• Phone number, if you choose to provide it.
• Property details: destination, type, number of bedrooms and current situation.
• Anything you voluntarily write in the free-text field.

We collect no browsing data for analytics, we build no profiles and we use no cookies. Nor do we process special categories of data: please do not include sensitive information in the free-text field.

03What we use it for

To answer your enquiry, prepare the income estimate you requested and maintain the contact needed to assess a possible provision of services.

We do not pass your data to third parties for commercial purposes, and we do not send you communications unrelated to the reason you contacted us.

04Legal basis

Processing is based on your consent, given when you submit the form (GDPR art. 6(1)(a)), and on pre-contractual measures taken at your request (GDPR art. 6(1)(b)). You may withdraw consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing.

05How long we keep it

For as long as the conversation lasts and, if no service relationship begins, up to one year from the last contact, after which it is deleted.

If we do go on to provide the service, data will be kept for the duration of the contract and then blocked for the applicable statutory limitation periods.

06Who else accesses your data

We neither sell nor transfer your data. Only the technology providers essential for the site to work are involved, acting as data processors:

• Vercel — website hosting. Form processing runs in its Paris (France) region.
• Supabase — the database where your request is stored, hosted in Ireland.
• Brevo (Sendinblue, France) — sends us an internal email alert so we can get back to you quickly.
• Meta Platforms Ireland — internal WhatsApp alert with your name and phone number, for the same purpose.

Both process the data in facilities located in the European Union. Their parent companies are incorporated in the United States, so occasional access from outside the European Economic Area cannot be ruled out; in that case, the transfer relies on the safeguards set out in Chapter V of the GDPR.

07Your rights

You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability at any time by writing to our email address, stating the right you wish to exercise.

If you believe we have not handled your request properly, you may lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).

08Security

The site is served encrypted over HTTPS and requests are stored in a database with restricted access: the site's public keys can neither read from nor write to it, and only the server can record new requests.

We apply data minimisation: we ask for nothing we do not need in order to reply to you.

09Minors

This site is aimed at adults. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If we detect any, it will be deleted.
