The public website uses no cookies. The owner portal uses one, strictly needed to keep you signed in.

The public website uses no cookies
Browsing caribehostrd.com installs no cookies on your device, neither our own nor third-party ones. We also use no beacons, pixels, local storage or any equivalent tracking technique.
That is why you will not see a cookie banner: there is nothing to consent to. Article 22.2 of the Spanish LSSI-CE only requires consent where information is actually stored on or retrieved from the user's device.
The owner portal uses a session cookie
If you are a client and sign in to the owner portal, a cookie is set to keep your session open. Without it you would have to identify yourself on every page.
It is a technical cookie, strictly necessary to deliver a service you expressly requested by signing in. That case is exempt from prior consent, so there is no banner here either. It cannot track you, it is not shared, and it disappears when you sign out.
- Purpose: keeping you signed in to the portal.
- Operator: managed by Supabase as a data processor.
- Duration: the session, or until you click "Sign out".
- Scope: portal pages only, never the public website.
Why there are no others
There is no analytics, no advertising and no embedded social media buttons. Fonts are served from our own domain, so your browser does not contact third-party servers when loading the page.
Server technical logs
Our hosting provider generates technical operating logs, necessary to deliver and secure the service. These are not cookies, they are not used to profile you and they are not cross-referenced with form data.
If this changes
If we later add analytics or any other tool requiring non-exempt cookies, we will update this page and display the corresponding notice so you can accept or reject them before they are installed.
